Dallas travel, time, sunrise sunset

Whether traveling for business or pleasure, Dallas visitors may be surprised
by the city’s Texas-sized welcome, fast-paced nightlife, and vast number of
restaurants – more per capita than New York City. The city is also home to the nation’s largest arts district.

Dallas is a sophisticated, hospitable, and determined city. Dallas means big
business but play is equally important. Dining, shopping, music, the arts,
sports, and outdoor activities are as important a part of Dallas’ identity as
closing that big deal.

Dallas

Dallas lies on the eastern edge of the flat Texas plains with the famed
cattle town Fort Worth just to the west. Dallas is located in the Central standard time zone (CST). The areas between and around these 2 cities are known as the DFW Metroplex.

There are many things to see and do in the area. Dallas has the dubious honor of being the place where the 35th US President, John F. Kennedy was
assassinated. If you are interested in seeing the crime scene you can venture to a lovely area known as Dealey Plaza in the historic West End. Tourism Mecca awaits you. There is plenty to see and when you need a drink or something to eat there are plenty of restaurants from which to choose.
